This is the end of the first paragraph of Sepher Yetzirah. Obscure, isn’t it? What does this mean?
It is a reference to the power of the 22 letters of the Alef-Beit on 3 levels: shape, number and sound. The book, the number and the elocution.
In my previous post, I have suggested to start meditating on the letters. One at the time. This sentence of Sepher Yetzirah is an evidence of the effectiveness of the meditation on the Alef-Beit. A powerful method to reconnect to the energies of “…His Universe…”.
Take some time for yourself during your busy days and focus on one letter, you will feel relieved and stronger.
